Thanks for the insight. Although you are correct, I always have new shoes every couple of months or so and have been very, very cautious in my running regiment. I've narrowed it down to it being work related and not running. Running, I used the 10% rule. I am just so bummed out because now I can't run, but can still ride my bicycles, and was looking forward to Stowe and performing well. (Can you guess who I am?) Anyway, I am still jolly as ever. I have been taking it easy and resting, taking the amounts necessary in Ibuprofen too. I must have strained my back as long as it isn't a herniated disc or something much worse. Thanks again.
