Sarah, The course, as Kent described, is run mostly in the parking lot with lots of turns and a few gravely spots. In addition, you head out onto city streets for about a mile where there is a 200 meter hill just before 2 miles. all in all this is a slow course... Especially the last 200 yards where you run on the slanted sand dog track. Overall this is a great exciting race for runners and spectators... It's worht the trip!
