I was out for 7 weeks with a stress fracture and started running a few weeks ago. I am in good shape because I kept up my fitness by cross training. But ever since I began running again my calves have been extremly tight. I have been stretching and using "the stick" and I even have been going to the pool to kick around. But, none of that seems to be helping. I was thinking that a sports massage would help? Do you guys think that would be a good idea? And does anyone know where I could go to get one in the Springfield area?
