Mike, I gotta ask you........6:30 to 6:55 pace for long runs or your regular running during the week? If your regular runs in the week are 6:30 to 6:55 I could definitely help you out but if those training runs are any faster I think I'll die trying to keep up. During the week I usually train any pace between 6:30 to 7:00 a mile but much closer to 6:30 to 6:45 pace up to 10 miles. I'd be happy to join you. Let me know what you think.
