Okay, I guess I'll give in and post again about doing some long runs. I'm looking to do so long runs with anyone who wants or at least can do 8 - 9 minute pace. I'll even go as fast as 7 minute pace occasionally, but hopefully that doesn't scare anyone away. Yeah, I'm talking about all you fast people out there. How about something on the shorter side too? Ten miles and under, I'm looking at 6:45 or faster also. If this atall appeals to you. please respond here. Don't be shy......really.
