If you are looking for a group run the Shenipsit Striders host a weekly trail run on Saturday mornings at 8:am from Shenipsit Forest on Gulf Rd in Somers CT. 5 to 10 miles at various paces. As far as other venues, as per the other post the Mt Tom Range in Holyoke on the M-M trail you can run South from Mt Tom for miles and miles. Hills are not a problem. The trails right now are great with just a bit of snow, great for running and still mostly frozen. We are expecting 4 to 8" of snow on friday so snowshoes are an option. Robinson State park in Agawam is also a good choice lots of market trails that follow the Westfield River, not so hilly though. WARNING this may still be hunting season so be aware.
